Long distance endurance events
I am training up for a couple of events which are going to be arduous, I know the advice in the PB is not to but being a cycle nutter I cannot help it...
My question is during the ride I will be burning about 9000 cal over a 10 hour period...what primal food is appropriate ? I have stopped using Gatorade and other sugary drinks, and I don't think I can carry fatty foods as I will be in Summer heat.
Any good advice ( apart from don't do it )
