I don't get the concept. They're pushing medical theme but yet encourage everyone who's over 300lb to flock the place.

I remember seeing the Heart attack cafe place on the food network a while back and thought it was a pretty creative idea. The place is just a themed restaurant, which from the publicity of it seems to have worked to get people to check it out. It all boils down to the fact that sales don't necessarily have to meet the needs, but the wants/desires of the buyer.

As a contrarian I see the appeal of the place. I'd probably eat there once to say I did and then never go back.
