    will putting fage full fat yogurt in a strainer for awhile make it thicker

    than it already is? Or is it as thick as it can ever get already when you open the container?

    looking for a super thick base for a sauce.

    yep, yogurt can strain right down to thick yogurt 'cheese' if left long enough

    Baby if you time travel back far enough you can avoid that work because the dust won't be there. You're too pretty to be working that hard.

    I do this all the time when making tzatziki. We don't like thin tzatziki. Hint: drain the shredded cucumbers very well. I drink the juice afterwards. Also I recently stumbled on some Labne (yogurt "cheese", a little less dense than cream cheese) at Jewel. It was full fat and really quite good.
