    Once again a great (less than excellent though) day nutritionally.

    B: omelette and fruit, coffee
    D: small ribeye steak with sauteed veggies, 5 small clemontines

    Lunch: 1/3 of a small egg nog latte

    Also had a cuple small sips of red wine, and 3 pieces of dark chocolate.

    Walked for 3 hours today.
    Level 1 day 3 of simplefit today.

    Woke up at 4:45 today and went for a walk.
    Last week (my first week) I started noticing I was waking up around 3-4am and having a difficult falling back asleep. I sleep like a baby normally.
    I started thinking maybe because I'm eating so much better, I'm just ready to start the day earlier. So today when I woke up, I didn't try and fall back asleep and instead came downstairs and started walking.
    I feel good.
    I was also constipated for 2 days last week. Also a very rare occurrence (I don't think I can ever recall a day where I didn't go at least once). But the poops have started back up. I might have shed a few pounds this am!

    B: 2 eggs
    L: 4 eggs with some ground bacon and avocado
    D: salad with a very small amount of ground beef
    Also some fruit during the day, as well as 2 coffees. 3 cubes of dark chocolate.

    Walked for 2 hours today.

    50 minute hike after my Level 1 Day 1 Simplefit workout.
    My legs are TIRED!

    Skipped breakfast (no hunger at all until 11:30 am)
    L: bulletproof coffee, salad with chicken and 2 hardboiled eggs.
    D: Meatloaf with veggies.
    also an apple, and 3 glasses of red wine.
    Moved for 90 minutes today.

    2 hours and 20 mins of walking

    1st meal: 2 HB eggs and a banana
    2nd meal: 3 grass fed beef weiners with an avocado
    3rd: 2 weiners with sauteed veggies and some tomato soup mixed in; also 3 little oranges
    2 bulletproof coffees

    Simplefit day 2 level 1
    I finished by doing pullups, pushups, squats and ring pullups to exhaustion (1set of each) with 1 minute between exercises.

    I then did tabata sprints an hour later (4 minutes)
    Also 30 minutes of walking.
    Also did air squats 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off for 4 minutes.

    Spending the Christmas weekend at my inlaws home so they can share in the little kids Christmas enjoyment. Lots of dinner related festivities today and tomorrow. I will drink and be merry, but will stick to eating like Grok.
    I will also walk anmin of 45 minutes tomorrow but may not have time for much more.

    Meal 1: 3 hardboiled eggs
    Meal 2: lettuce wrAp sushi roll, chcicken teriyaki with salad.
    A bunch of oranges
    Meal 3: turkey with veggies
    1 rum with a splash of coke and 2-3 red wines
    Also 2 bp coffees.

    Ate more today than i needed to (and have been); i was afraid of showing up for christmas dinner hungry and making a bad choice...i overcompensated.

    hey peacefulwarrior! sounds like you're well beyond following 80/20, good going. i just started this month, too, so it's great to see other consistent journalers from december. to me it looks like you're kicking ass at reasonable meals, and lucky you having grass fed hot dogs! see you around =)
