Ok, so I have a really good relationship with the Amish, and they've got a surplus of eggs lately. About 6 dozen a week. I love eggs, but I'm getting a little "egged out." I can only eat so many.

I average anywhere between 3 + 6 eggs a day. Lately in protein shakes and custard. A trend I'd like to continue.

What can I do with all these eggs? I need creative ideas besides just eating them as... eggs.

*Homer Simpson voice* "Mmmm... pulled pork."

So far I've come up with...

    -Protein shakes/breakfast smoothies

-Mayo (which I don't use much)

    -Oopsie rolls

    -Custard

I could always freeze them. If I freeze them I'm sure I can't use them for Oopsies or mayo, but possibly the shakes and custard.

come on diana! I gave you a very very long list. hahahaha.

Eating lots but still hungry? Eat more fat. Mid-day sluggishness? Eat more fat. Feeling depressed or irritable? Eat more fat. People think you've developed an eating disorder? Eat more fat... in front of them.

Yeah but I want un-eggy stuff. Custard doesn't taste like eggs. :P

It's sad... I'm getting to the point I don't want to eat anything eggy. Even the fritters today were pushing it- lol.

I have been thinking the same thing, I love my eggs, though what else can i do with them so they don't taste like egg but i can get the benifits out of eatting them.

What shakes are you doing? I haven't tried eggs in my shakes yet, do you know of any yummy ones? I am allergic to milk as well, so no dairy for me

    Hollandaise sauce!

    TASTES GREAT!

Plus you can play with the recipe a little to fit your tastes (little white pepper or cayenne? lemon juice or vinegar?)

Goes well on fish, veggies and certain meats.

Had some the other night. Beef brisket with asparagus and hollandaise sauce.

    Goodluck!

Flourless Souffle? You can do desserty ones or savory! Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

    Hollandaise sauce? Bearnaise sauce?

Bacon carbonara on mushrooms! Please make this if you haven't already. I can repost the recipe if you need me to.

Crepes? Again savory (think turkey broccoli cheddar) or sweet (strawberries and whipped cream?)

Bake anything with coconut flour! It requires a butt load of eggs! I really like blueberry muffins, and banana bread. If you make the banana bread, you can then turn it into french toast, using more eggs! lol

Egg drop soup? I don't find that really eggy, and it's super yummy!

my primal cheese cake? It doesn't have any sugar and it's really good.

The more I see the less I know for sure.

How about "No Oatmeal Oatmeal" http://www.marksdailyapple.com/no-oat-oatmeal-its-no-atmeal/

I haven't tried it myself but might be worth a shot?

What about a strata or quiche? I think i usually mix in so much cream and other ingredients into mine that I can't tell there are eggs. And there's usually about 8-10 in there. Personal favorite flavor combo, spinach, mushroom, and artichoke.

Lil Earth, do you have a primal friendly crepe recipes? Would LOVE to make them. Over the summer I splurged on a crepe burritto that had scrambled and eggs rolled up inside it and it was sooo yum. Would like to find something close to it. What's bacon carbonara?
