Hi, I'm back to the forums after a break and reading through you journal ... good job on 4 lbs in 2 weeks, that is perfect!

Just a comment, you might consider looking into Armour Thyroid, it is natural thyroid with both T3 and T4 and I felt SOOO much better when we added that to my Levoxyl, it made all the difference! A lot of docs don't know about it though or don't believe it's really better than synthetic, but it's worth a little pressure on your doc

I've never even thought to eat the salmon skin, maybe I will try it now

Thanks, Mikki! I intend to bring it up. My doc made a big stink about getting Synthroid, not a generic, so I have a feeling it will be a battle. I'm also going to ask her to do some more testing and if she refuses, I'll find someone else. I'm grateful that she tested for Hashis, I've known something was wrong for years and she was the first on to put 2 & 2 together, but that doesn't mean I won't move on if I feel she's holding me back.

    Thanks again, for stopping by!
