    Newbies wanting to say hello

    Primal Fuel
    Hey everybody, just wanted to introduce ourselves. My name is Chris and my wife's name is Jessica. I have been lurking around MDA for several months, and was ready to make the change, and apparently my wife was interested too, and today is our first day being primal .

    We are both 26 and live in Gilbert, AZ. We can't wait to share our journey with you all and hope to live life to the fullest in the coming years!

    Thanks wesrman and SoccerGrok. I'm struggling a bit after the first day and think I'm going to change my approach by easing into this rather than going cold turkey. I'm going to start a journal thread for the wife and I to help track our progress and hold us accountable(to ourselves, that is).
