Are you actually Primal? Are you eating the WHOLE animal, offal and bones? Liver and spinach get you almost there, but there are many elements dietary science has yet to define, like the factor in liver that prevents exhaustion. I have only gotten stronger since going primal. What, may I ask, are you actually eating?
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
