A freezer question
I made the Primal Stuffing (nuts, dried fruit, apples onions, butter etc) for my UK families Pre-Christmas, Christmas dinner on Saturday. I halved the recipe but still have 3/4 of it left. It is super yummy and I want to save it for the real / next Christmas dinner. Does anyone know if it will freeze ok?
It doesn't sound like it have anything that doesn't freeze well. It might be sweeter and more watery than it was because of the apples once you take it out. If it had salt in it, that might cause a problem (iirc it reduces the temperature of the freezing point, and causes adverse effects). You might be better off using it with ground meat and spices for a skillet supper
