Hi all, just starting again, trying to get this weight gremlin off my back once and for all. Maybe doing this publicly will help...hopefully
Age: 25
Height: 5'11
Starting weight: 205 lbs
Goal weight: 165 lbs
Timeframe: Feb 1,2010 - May 31, 2010
Current Chest-Waist-Hip measurements: 45-37-42
Target: 38-30-34
Nutrition:
1900 max calories 6days/week, P-F-C ratio: 20:75:5
1 carb-up day (still sub-1900 calories)
Fish oil, calcium citrate, d3, multivitamin
Activity:
20 min cardio minimum/day
pushups, pullups, planks every other day
1 heavy lifting session/week
1 HIIT session/week
1 IF session/week (I dread this one)
