Hi Everyone,

I'm a 40 year old mother of 3 who is new to the primal lifestyle. I'm in the process of educating myself while slowly making the transition. In the past I have worked with an online trainer and lost weight/gained muscle successfully but I failed in the maintenance area because I just couldn't handle being HUNGRY and I am back to where I started. I feel I have about 10 to 15 pounds to lose but that will obviously be determined by how I feel as I move along in my journey. I am looking forward to being part of this forum.
