Almond oil, recommended use/nutrition profile?
I just purchased a couple of bottles of almond oil and am wondering how 'healthy' this is to use on a salad on a daily basis? I've read the 'essential guide to oils' post, but it only mentions walnut oil and not to use it every day or even every week. Does almond oil fall under the same recommended use?
In addition, what are some good uses for this delicacy? I eat salads a lot and figured I'd use that instead of EVOO from time to time. Thanks for your help!
