Could someone please explain the aversion to raw honey? I can't seem to find anything on it. Thanks!

Honey is high fructose (about the same % as HFCS). Agave nectar has an even higher % fructose.

my gf (not primal) drinks unsweetened tea every time, but puts whipped cream on her pancakes... every time. I always find it so strange.

I used to seriously post here, now I prefer to troll.

I wouldn't touch agave on a primal diet. It has to be refined, boiled, sometimes added enzymes to it, and it's very high in fructose. After reading the chapter in GCBC, I won't go near it.

I drink my tea plain or if it's a bitter tea, I add a little bit of stevia. Two drops will do me. Or a squeeze of lemon.
