    Haha, guys just like boobs. Gotta love the ones that like T&A... thank god....

    I have to admit- I feel like my boobs look bigger especially as my waist gets smaller. Def. in the past- the weight left the boobs first. This time they are staying big. Love it. Now if the fat would just leave my arms and legs, I'd be all set.

    Tyler, seriously, you're pedalling backward really, really fast. And seeing as you started out poorly, that's impressive, although not in a good way. You trying to write a textbook on how not to catch a woman?

    I found a Crossfit in my town! I had no idea there was one here. I'm thinking about it - but it looks very intimidating. They had me until the "running" part........ I haven't done too much of that in a long long time! I wonder if parts of the program are "optional" -- anyone here doing Crossfit? Seems I remember someone said they were doing it. So, what if I don't want to stand upside down and do push ups? Are they going to yell at me like a drill sargent and force me to try it? I'm not a young chick anymore....... do they have geriatric levels? :O

    I'm having one of those don't want to eat much days. I had 2 eggs and 3 bacon slices for breakfast - well, early lunch more like it, I think I ate at 11:30ish. When I got home from work at 5 I had a couple squares of d.choc. and 2 ounces of almonds, oh and a small glass of orange/mango juice. Maybe the fats and sugars have tamed my hunger pangs. Its now 7:15 pm and I don't really have a desire to eat. I think I might just steam some broc and cauliflower and call it good. I love it when I fill up the veg. drawer in the fridge and then watch it disappear - cuz I know all those good things are going inside ME!

    This COLD spring is ticking me off! I want to be out on my bike - and I don't like to do it when its cold and drizzling! SPRING where are you?

    I'm also somewhat considering Crossfit but am also intimidated by them! I can kinda run (for a bit) but my upper body strength is very poor (I have to do *wall* pushups )

    We do crossfit, but at home. The gym is SO expensive. It's nice to work out on OUR schedule and not have to worry about the commute to get there. Of course, we have a 1 and 4yo so time is limited. DS was trying to do lunges with me on Sunday, too cute.

    I lift heavy things, but now I'm under heavy antibiotic therapy so I'm saving my tendons for next week. Gym can be expensive specially when you need someone to follow you in order to avoid injuries, so I'm putting my money there and saving on everything else -not on food.
    I have some hard time battling cellulitis and it is a bit because of medicines and a bit because of long time forced sedentary life, but over it all I guess I'm doing fine.
    It is easier for some guys, as it is easier for some girls, it has to do with their genetics, the way their where raised, age, load of stress, and sometimes it's even about the water you get to drink: that shouldn't stop any of us from doing the best we can, as long as this is no competition but a run -a long run- to get better health and have a richest, fuller, more enjoyable life.

    F 5 ft 3. HW: 196 lbs. Primal SW (May 2011): 182 lbs (42% BF)... W June '12: 160 lbs (29% BF) (UK size 12, US size 8). GW: ~24% BF - have ditched the scales til I fit into a pair of UK size 10 bootcut jeans. Currently aligning towards 'The Perfect Health Diet' having swapped some fat for potatoes.
