Heads up for any nerdy ladies out there

This chap has done work on progesterone / oestrogen. Given PB's "neglect" of the area I'm going to be reading up. I haven't read any of these yet, but the "Peat diet" seems to be vaguely PB compatible.

Since I hit my first 10lb loss mark this weekend, I ordered myself a new (smaller) bra. This losing weight could get expensive though in that department. How often do you ladies buy new bras? I anticipate losing a couple cup sizes between now and the end summer as I stop nursing. I'm not sure when to decide to go ahead and buy another bunch. Of course, if I get down to a size I can buy in store it won't be as costly. Hoping to go from a 34I to 34C/D, right now I'm down to a G/H.

You can send some your "extra" cup size to me! I'm barely a B, so I could use all the donations I can get!

    That's weird. I've lost 60 pounds and only dropped from a 40D to a 38C... ???

Consider yourself blessed! Thats what I'm hoping for! Currently 38D --- hoping to keep as much of the girls as possible! However, when I was thin 10 years ago (140) I was a whopping 34 barely B. I'd much rather have a nice butt and little boobs, than a fat arse and ample boobs!

    just sayin'

I just wear the same bras. I was spilling out of them before. I was spilling out of and straining all my clothes before because I didn't want to buy bigger ones.
