^ that! Give it time, and be patient. It could take a while. Some people adjust really quickly while others can take up to 6 months to fully balance out. The double period sucks - but I'm sure its all the extra estrogen releasing from your fat cells. Stick with it and you'll see good results!
I've been primal/paleo (mostly paleo) for a year now. I'm down 24 pounds and I'm feeling stronger all the time! Over this passed weekend I walked 2 miles on Saturday (from the parking lot to the football stadium!) and then on Sunday my family did a 4.8 mile hike to a beautiful waterfall! that translates to 2.4 miles UP -- and 2.4 miles down. I couldn't have done that before changing my diet. Life is good!
