I'm here because I've decided to really ramp up my progress and take the next step in my bodybuilding and self-defense training by doing a "Primal Bulk."
I thought I was doing well with my diet until I realized how unhealthy splenda, sugar alcohols, excess sodium (dressings), and all the other hidden things are.
I'm very excited to be here and share my progress with all of you as well as read all of your progress.
