Coconut milk
I started buying more coconut milk for use in cooking, coffee, etc. When it has been opened, how long will it last in the refrigerator? I keep it in a closed container, but how can you tell if it has gone bad? Like dairy, will it have a sour smell?

Smell it when you first open so you know what it smells like "fresh". Rinse and repeat and if it changes smells, toss it. It should help to keep it in a seal-able container (and not the can). The consistency and the smell will be off when it goes bad.
