When I first started PB, I thought that eating a lot more fat in general was odd, but one gets used to this quickly. Coconut oil and Macadamia Oil are just fine to consume. You could also add some Extra Virgin Olive Oil to that list.
When first starting out, eat lots of fat and a good amount of protein to keep you satiated between meals. In 2-4 weeks you'll be fully adapted to this way of eating and wonder why you didn't start this sooner.
