it brakes my heart to see my daughter exhibiting all the signs of someone who lives mainly on carbohydrates. It's partly my fault, because, (being Italian and having grown that way) I've fed her mostly past, bread, pizza, (albeit homemade, by me); and now it's very hard to brake the habit.
Moreover, I am fighting the natural resistance of a child to what her father says, and it's very hard.
I am not excessively worried, because at her age, (she's nineteen), I was fat too, (although she's not obese), and I was able to change my habits; nevertheless, I wish I could get through to her now.
