Newb - advice please
I've been fooling around with Paleo/MDA stuff for a month or so now, and I'm looking at taking it to the next level formally. What's my better option - '21 Day Transformation' or "Primal Blueprint"
Both are great books. 21 Day Transformation is probably better if you like to be walked step-by-step through a process, because it details very closely what you should do/eat/accomplish in that time period. Primal Blueprint is looser, and also goes more in-depth on being primal and the primal lifestyle.
