I too have been fighting constipation, and have just recently (seemingly) found a solution.
30ml coconut oil daily
More fat, less protein
Starches are good, too
Try it and see if it works

Oxy Powder is a scam. It's not oxygen. It's magnesium, Vitamin C, and a mineral that has a rather dubious history, but they *call* it "organic" because they linked a carbon atom to it, making that technically correct.
Sounds like 4 solutions to me I just found coconut oil after a lot of searching, so I'll try that. Thanks.
