Ah Christmas - the time of year when cookies and candy abound. Healthier snacks like clementines are a cute decoration, the exception instead of the rule. Next year, my resolution is going to be to live as primal as possible. In preparation for that, I'm challenging myself from today forward to take on the primal lifestyle once again. I did it during Lent with great success - lost 15lbs, woke up before my alarm clock every day, had a ton more energy.
I'll try to post a food log every day to keep myself accountable. The biggest challenges for me are 1) eating enough good calories (preparing lunches for work is the hard one) 2) avoiding sweets

Here goes for today:
B: 1/2 Apple, Banana, Strawberries, Coconut Milk, Shredded Nuts (flax, almond, pecan, walnut, pumpkin, sunflower)
S: 1/2 apple with almond butter, dried apples, dried plums, dried apricots, sunflower kernels, brazil nuts
L: stir fry beef, carrots, onion, bell pepper, juice of: 1 beet, 2 apples, 1 carrot
D: paleo beanless beef chili
Des: frozen berries

Got something else for you to try.
Get some unsweetened coconut flakes and toast them in the oven. Oh, my! I can even see having a bowl of these with heavy cream for breakfast!!
Looks like you are heavy to fruits and light on veggies. See if you can find a way to switch it up.

L: Turkey Veggie Meatloaf Cups
S: Carrots, sunflower kernels, dried apricots, brazil nuts, 1/4 apple with almond butter
D: Chicken, Spinach, Strawberries, Avocado, Olive Oil Salad
