Fruit = candy. Fat, vegetables and meat are the foundation of healthy human food. Do not start your day with candy. Seriously. I have a can of coconut milk for breakfast and it's perfect. Gets me warm and keeps me full 'til my lunch or dinner. Others prefer eggs and meat, and that seems like a great way to go, too. But to slap your body with the sugar stick first thing in the morning just sounds like a fail plan if you're trying to improve your health.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
