Meat, vegetables... Repeat...
i've recently got rid of dairy and feel so much better. i also am not wanting to pimp out any non paleo recipes on a regular basis. so i was wondering what everyone is eating who is paleo?
today i had venison and eggs for breakfast with coffee and coconut creamer
lunch i had avocado, toasted sunflower seeds, red capsicum, cucumber with vinagrette and some fried left over abalone with fried abalone guts lol
not sure about dinner yet.

I'd love to hear what other people's menus look like! I'm attempting to cut out dairy this week!
I've been primal for 3 weeks now, here is what my average day has looked like:
Breakfast:
3 eggs scrambled with 2 oz of deli turkey
coffee with sugar-free creamer and 3 stevia or truvia packets
Snack:
1 oz almonds
1 string cheese
Lunch:
Salad
4 cups of spring mix salad or mixed romaine
1/2 avocado
1 hardboiled egg
mushrooms
bacon bits
1 oz shredded parmesan
2 TBLS Italian dressing
1/2 Red pepper
2 TBLS hummus
1 Dove dark chocolate heart
Snack:
1 hardboiled egg
WORKOUT- Crossfit, 3 mile jog or 40 mins of spinning intervals
Dinner:
4 oz of meat- chicken, pork roast, steak
2 c steamed broccoli
baked medium sweet potato "chips" with olive oil and sea salt
Snack:
1 or 2 Dove dark chocolate hearts

you're pretty much there other than the cheese. and i'd replace the creamer in the coffee with the coconut creamer.
we had venison goulash for dinner with a few sweet potato chips fried in lard. and coffee with coconut creamer, which is my main vice.

there's urls to recipes all over here which i now cant find. all it is is dump a can of coconut cream, 2 tbsp of coconut oil, an egg and a tsp of vanilla in the blender. blend till smooth. store in the fridge. you may need to stir it before you use it towards the end.
breakfast i am back onto freezer odds and ends so diced wild venison and clam omlette cooked in coconut oil . coffee with coconut creamer. i am wondering about putting some almond essence in with the coconut as i have some. i may try a drop in my next cup.
