I have some hard-to-find grassfed tallow and used a good bit of it to make french fries for dinner (I don't normally eat potatoes but they were awesome).

Does anyone know if I can reuse the tallow?

I use beef tallow to fry chicken wings, and reuse it about three times before throwing it out. The trick is to strain it well. I use a coffee filter in a metal strainer.

Thnk you for your responses. I strained the tallow thru a coffee filter and saved it for another day.

I don't since I render my own and have lot, but it should be OK for a couple of uses as long as you strain it and don't let it get hot to thepoint of smoking. If it smokes, throw it out.
