    I am guessing the "mean girls" on your "team" are negative thoughts? I can't usually hear mine for the crunching sound (when they are talking I am eating ) good luck with that!

    Monday's eats:

    Breakfast:
    Leftover Pork Curry with Wilted Spinach
    Roasted butternut squash and apple

    Lunch:
    Pork chop
    Roasted Ruttabega (how do you spell that? and onions

    Dinner:
    Round steak
    leftover butternut squash and apple
    spinach artichoke dip
    cake ball

    Tuesday Food Photos

    Okay, so the pictures are humongous...don't know how to make them smaller

    Breakfast:
    Leftover round steak
    spinach dip
    cucumber

    Lunch:
    Chicken cobb salad (out, hearing) - chicken, avocado, egg, bacon

    Dinner:
    Poached chicken
    spinach dip
    leftover roasted rutabbega and onions

    Wednesday Food

    Breakfast:
    Apple
    Chocolate Fudge Pancakes (made with spinach and pumpkin! -- but you'd never know it!)

    Lunch:
    Chuck steak
    Curried spinach
    Pickle

    Snack:
    "Italian Cream Soda" - Carbonated Water, chocolate extract, stevia, couple dashes almond milk

    Dinner:
    Chicken spinach dip
    "Pizza" crust (this was a MAJOR fail!)

    I LOVE THIS!! I am starting this tomorrow. Good, bad and ugly, I am photographing my meals. Your meals look awesome. I think I get tired of my cooking so everyone else's dishes look AWESOME. I am also starting my gratitude photos tomorrow too.

    wow, I am coming to your house for dinner (or lunch or breakfast) that stuff looks great!

    I am noticing that I am taking time to make my plate look nicer since I am going to photograph it. Makes it more enjoyable.
