    Ruth, when you post your weight, you put the number then ud or dd. Is the weight the result of what you put behind it or is what you put behind it what today is? In other words, for March 25th you weigh 158.2 then you put UD after. Is 158.2 the result of an UD or is today (the 25th) an up day?

    I also mean to put my calories and 2 day average on the chart, but ran out of time today. In theory, I was also going to test my FBS, but keep forgetting to do that before I eat!

    The MFP app has a nice bar chart that shows my daily ups and downs and then has the weekly average. I like that chart as well, which I may also put into my spreadsheet

    when I go back and check my weekly chart in MFP, it shows just how bad I have been in tracking, which usually means I gave up because I was out of control or in a restaurant.

    Just did my two-day averages, in line with my dailies. Interesting that there are still dips and rises. We must accept that our bodies just do things for no rhyme or reason that we can see sometimes, even if it irks us no end.

    I like this. I normally do a weekly average for calories and macros but think maybe I need to break it down to an every 2 day average.
