I've been having a lot of butter since we had been out of ghee. I'm wondering if that's causing a few problems. Sigh. I should probably drop it for a few days and test.

Having recently discovered that dairy and I do not play well, I'll be making ghee out oh the 20 pounds of butter that is in the freezer.
Of all the paths you take in life, make sure a few of them are dirt.

don't you just make ghee from butter?

ah, we cross posted, so it is probably cheaper to do it that way right?

160.2. So, back up. Sigh. Body, what, exactly, are you looking for? I don't know.... Could be stress (I'm stressed). Could be inflammation (too much butter, Rudy's). Could be not so great sleep (lots of shallow dreams). Who knows. Will try to get through this week and then decide if I need to shake things up.

Another day of work. I haven't always loved my job, but I don't recall dreading having to work. I have (in theory) a 2-week vacation in April. One week is supposed to be in Phoenix (where I hope it's warm!!!!!!!!!!). Maybe all I need is a long break (where I'm not sick) and I truly don't work.

Tomorrow is likely to yield yet another gain - though this is probably bloat/inflation. Coconut flour & cauliflower. While I like them, my stomach does NOT. Ugh.

Restocked and can get back to my "mostly animal" product. When I dropped my weight, that's what I was eating. Takes a lot of planning to make that work, though!

I hope that now as you get used to the mostly animal products that it will get easier. And that eventually once you reach ans stabilize at your goal weight that you will be able to re-introduce a bit more variety without any physical repercussions. I actually think that as you are losing you are healing.
