158.8. Sleep was good until 3 am - my usual witching hour. Sigh. I think it's more my body's habit than anything. Need to work on this. Not too worried about the up weight - I purposely tried to eat more yesterday and if nothing else, know there's additional volume sitting in there.
Have to go to SF for work this morning and then interview at 1. It's going to be tight to make it from SF back up here, but there's nothing that can be done, so no stressing about it.

What am I doing? Depends on the day.
Fluid in the ears = royal pain in the rear. Am taking a decongestant to see if it works. Will also take cold meds tonight to help with the sleep.
Interview was either really good or really bad She knows that I am WAY over qualified and that the salary won't work. Pluses: a great boss (I could tell from the interview). Not a micro-manager (can't work that way). Low stress. Get the job done. Flexibility in the hours. No travel. Close to home. Cons: I might get bored. I know this shouldn't be a problem, but I've left several jobs because I've gotten bored. It might be awhile (3-6 months). Salary is insanely low (max of $30K) and vacation stinks (1 week to start). Can't work at home (obviously).
More later. My dinner is here...
While I could probably live with the insanely low salary (if our house was already paid off....), the lack of vacation is a REAL problem. There's also alternating weekends (always have to have a manager on duty). In all honestly, as flattered as I am, and as much as I would probably like the job (for awhile), I'm not likely to take it. I should probably send a thank you note and decline it before it goes too far. But, it was enjoyable to think I'm wanted.
And good practice to interview. You never know where an interview could lead. I got my job because my bFF had interviewed for the bookkeepers job 5 years before my interview. When they had a different opening they contacted her. She then contacted me as she had a job she loved and i was still a stay at home.
Drugged (cough meds) & awake. Bad combo....
I just saw an article about how the colds this year are longer than typical. Did you try zinc?
Boring spammer. I like the ones that know something about me
