Every morning, I'm nervous...is the trend going to reverse itself again? After so many false starts, I hate to get my hopes up. But, darn it, I do feel like I'm getting closer.

the scale makes me very nervous. It is an imperfect indicator at best but the easiest thing we have. So we use it. I bet when I have grandkids they are going to laugh that we used to use a scale to figure out if we were losing fat or not.

157.8. Not a typo. Still in shock. Is it this cold or what I'm doing? I didn't even lose this much when I had the stomach flu. Not that I'm complaining. Guess I already have my March pound, too.
Still sick, but FINALLY got sleep. Supposed to go to Santa Fe today. If I didn't have to be there (fairly important) event, I'd take a sick day. Maybe tomorrow....
