    Overweight athlete going PRIMAL!

    Primal Fuel
I've been mostly wheat-free/primal for about 3 weeks, have lost a few pounds, but really want to get serious about the lifestyle, so I've decided I will blog about my progress for the next 30 days! Today being Thanksgiving, I allowed myself a few indulgences, but I'm ready to get back to eating Primal tomorrow!

I'm going Primal primarily to lose the weight that I haven't been able to the past few years, despite exercising frequently and eating a fairly healthy diet. My goal is to lose 60lbs by August 2012!!

Will be posting my food and exercise for the day, as well as mood and feelings regarding how the diet is affecting me.

I've got 9 months to lose 60 lbs, I think that is very realistic. Especially since I've read so many success stories with weight loss living Primal.

What do you mean about a bike? Brah? Lol

Yes, I do have a road bike, and mountain. You said congrats on getting back on it? Not sure what you meant by that...I never "got off" my bikes. LOL

Read some others posts brah! 1-2lbs a week is a healthy weight loss and very realistic. Years? haha No thanks dude! ;o) I'm moving to LA next August and refuse to go carrying this extra weight! I want my lean sexy body and six pack back!! lol

With the amount of exercise that I do, I am confident I can reach my goal, as long as this Primal diet thing works! Thanks for the tips though brah! Catch ya on the flip side of the bacon, dude! ;o)
