Has anyone tried a Primal version of this cranberry sauce? I'm hoping someone has a sucess story with something other than granulated sugar.
1 bag cranberries
1 small onion
1 T horseradish
1 bag fresh cranberries
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
Chop cranberries and onion, mix all ingredients together, put in freezer, serve barely thawed.
Use stevia or raw honey and sweeten to taste. Seems pretty simple to modify. If you have to cook it first, don't add the honey until after it's cooled and still warm but no longer hot. You need it to be warm to melt the honey, but if it's too hot it'll damage the good properties of the raw stuff.
