    Frying turkey in Tallow!

    Primal Fuel
So, i spend this weekend cutting up ~10gallons of suit and rendering it . . it turned into about ~ 2gallons of tallow. Hoping to fry a turkey in it for thanksgiving

Any advice? Anyone dont this? I know most people use peanut oil.

the only advice i've heard that i can parrot is be wary when putting the bird in, that the tallow doesnt overflow and pour out

    sounds delish!

    Sounds awesome.

However, I personally wouldn't have put hot tallow in plastic juice jugs.
