I am looking for a delicious HIGH protein smoothie recipe(s). I am definitely willing to use raw eggs too.
And if you're queasy about raw eggs, use scrambled eggs in a berry smoothie. Yeah, maybe it'll taste a little cheesy...but I saw the idea in a magazine! It won first place! Must be good.
I tried strawberries, coconut milk, coconut manna, water, ice, shredded coconut, and raw eggs. Delicious!!!
