    Swiss cheese???

    Does anyone know if there is anything particular about swiss cheese that is different from other cheeses? I normally eat the sharpest cheddar I can find, but the last 3 days I have been craving (and eating) swiss....

    Turns out that American-style swiss cheese has the most calcium phosphate of all types of cheese. Maybe that's it.
