    Would be kinda interesting if the low vit d levels nowadays are not only due to too little sun exposure but too much vit a...


    Personally, I don't worry about it, besides vit d and fishoil I don't take supplements and don't eat liver

    Wow... interesting. For the last week I've been eating beef liver (I get half a dozen 6-ounce strips in one package) and several eggs a day. I've been averaging 50,000 IU according to their nifty little chart. Felt fine all week. Had a headache and was nauseous last night, but was fine... after I ate my last piece of liver. :P I'm thinking I was fighting the stomach bug going around, but this liver thing makes me wonder. Hmm...
