Full Blood Count - How long for diet changes to show?
I'm having a full blood count down to "test" my new diet plan (to ensure I get all the correct vitamins/minerals/hormone levels etc). How long should I be on this new diet for it to show on the test (i.e. give me the levels of v/m/h it would if I ate it long term)? Is a week sufficient?
In his writing, Dr. Atkins used to warn people not to expect to see results of a new eating plan in their lab results until at least 6 weeks on the plan.
And that answers that. Thanks emmie!
