You have to look hard for produce outlets instead of shopping at grocery stores. Especially down South, you should be able to find some good deals. That's a good price for a grocery chain, but I live in Philly where stuff's a lot more expensive and I've never paid more than $1.50 for a 5 lb bag. That's 30 cents a pound Now go to Shop Rite and you're paying 2-3 times that...

Nicely done. Yea, the farmers market I go to is actually more, so that sucks. If I could get them for that price all the time, I wouldn't be so picky about how how much I down after a workout. Oh well, at least I get decent eggs from them.

For once you get the sweet potatoes:
Instead of just butter for the fat, try 60% butter, 40% coconut oil. Then sprinkle generously with cinnamon, fenugreek and crushed sumac berries.

That sounds awfully delicious! I just usually have mine with some cinnamon by itself post workout. Don't do well mixing meat with starches.
