I cut dairy out so far this month since going primal, but am considering adding a little bit back. I use to mix cottage cheese with peanut butter and chocolate protein powder. It was yummy... I'm trying to add a little weight back on so may start adding some cottage cheese to my salad and see how I feel. Oh and yes...I think its considered primal as long as you can handle it.
