    Question Quick Easy Recovery

I've been semi-Paleo for a few months now. I say semi, becuase old habits die hard. I'm on my highschool's swim team, and unfortunately afternoon practice is from 6 to 9 PM. For years, after swim practice I've had a bowl of cereal. And like I said, old habits die hard. After practice, I'm 'starving' and it's late, so all I want to do is shove something in my face and climb into bed! ....so that I can go to practice in the morning and do it all over again. So, back story aside, does anybody have a recommendation for quick easy recovery food--or better yet something that can be prepared ahead of time? Thanks!

Two skinless sweet potatoes, a pound of chicken breast and 2 cups of fat free Greek yogurt with a sliced banana. A little fructose, lots of glucose and very lean protein with limited fiber and no oils/butters. That is the ultimate post-workout meal.
