i understand the eating, etc ...

my only issue is my shift at work .. i work 11am-8pm .. i know he says very clearly that I need a new job.. but i think i can make this work ..

i generally am only hungry for 2 meals a day .. i understand its not recomended to skip dinner .. but what about skipping lunch and eating dinner at say 5pm while im still at work? it seems like that is allowable .. im unclear on what missing dinner would do .. but i want to stay with 2 meals a day to get back on track with my weight loss ...

i also understand i shouldnt be doing cardio ... but i dont have weights... is a little time on the eliptical ok? just to get more steps in my day etc? or is that truly considered cardio?
