Yeah, I'd say so long as you keep these ubercalorie blow outs very rare your metabolism might not be wrecked by such a thing. I don't know your situation, trying to lose a lot of weight? Losing weight steadily, and fine with it? Trying to bulk up? Very active? I don't know.
