No need to eat the oil plain. A nice can of real coconut milk does pretty much the same thing, but gently. An easy way to eat the oil is to use a heaping spoonful to cook with, then drink it at the end. But, I agree, it's not needed. Grass-fed beef tallow works fine, too, as a staple fat.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
