Question For ChocoTaco369
Choco....You had a post about a meat slicer and type of roast that you cook/slice to replace deli meats, but I have not been able to find it. I have to two questions for you:
1. what kind of slicer do you use?
2. what type o roasts do you cook?
Thanks!!

This is the meat slicer I have:

I go for lean cuts of meat for slicing. I recommend either top round beef roasts, well-trimmed pork loin and even chicken and turkey breast works very well. Don't forget to use it for cheese, too. It's also great for making salads. Slice your cucumbers, zucchini, squashes, peppers, tomatoes, slice up potatoes for making potato chips, slice your own whole stick pepperoni, slice up pork belly and make your own bacon...the possibilities are pretty endless and this a great, great piece of equipment.
For the future, feel free to PM me
