i personally dont really like kettlebells. Lots of other people do. but all you can really do different with a kettlebell vs a dumbell is a swing and maybe some lying down presses. kettlebells and dumbells are both 2d movement and break your grip. clubbells dont and are 3d movement which is why i love them. i am not biased at all LOL but that is why i say to try them if you can so as you can see for yourself.I was just thinking of getting kettlebells...
