    Amylopectin in White Rice

    I was just wondering of anyone knew what type of Amylopectin is in White Rice? I tried to research this subject but I could not find the information on it. I was not interested in eating White Rice I just wanted to know. Thank you for any help or for anyone who tried to help.

    Isn't there just one type of amylopectin? Different rices have different amounts of amylopectin.

    Oh okay, I searched more and there are different types of amylopectin.
