baked half a spaghetti sqaush tonight and now i have this other half. I dont want it to go to waste but i dont see me eating it within the next day or 2. Can it be frozen as the half raw? or should i cook it and then freeze? will this work?
Scrape it out into a container or freezer bag, butter it and store. I'd keep it 4 or 5 days anyway myself. It should also freeze fine.
Oops, you didn't cook it. Cover w/ plastic wrap and cook within a week, you should be fine. Next time cook it all and freeze what you won't eat soon.
