This isn't a study, it is a review of previous studies. I don't have links to the studies but there are a few that have shown that replacing saturated fats with omegas (usually omega 6's) seems to reduce heart attack.
Like Robb Wolfe said recently 'dont waste your time with people that aint serious'. Why waste time convincing vegans about stuff they dont want to do. Vegans are a bunch of skinny posers that pretend they care about animal rights but they really only eat vegan to fit into their skinny pants lol!
Im living proof that a diet rich in Saturated fat is heart healthy. Ive been eating high fat all my life and since going Primal 6 years ago have increased my fat intake but just make sure its quality saturated fat from beef, coconut etc.
If fat was gonna kill ya, Id be dead vs a walking hulk of strength and testosterone.
