Staying within your parameters, I would suggest:
A glass of red wine.
A cup of decaf.
A cup of tea.
If you are willing to do dairy:
Greek Yogurt with a touch of Stevia and Lemon Juice
Greek Yogurt with a touch of Stevia and Raw Cacao Nibs

If you can find these, Annie's seaweed snacks are delicious, healthy, low-carb and low-calorie:
okay, the only caveat is that they're made with canola and sesame oils. IMO, it's not such an issue because there's so little oil on them. But if that bothers you, you can buy some nori seaweed and toast it yourself quickly on a hot pan.

You can also make your own nori chips with olive oil (or any oil you prefer) in the oven. Coat each sheet with oil. Lay 4-5 sheets on top of each other on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for about 7-10 minutes but keep a close eye because it burns quickly. Salt and you are on your way. I love them.
PS you can do the same thing with Kale and it is heavenly.
Fresh mixed berries ( strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) with coconut milk.
oh i forgot about kale chips!! i've never made these, but a vegan i know brings them to potlucks. they are fabulous. if you have a money tree there is a company which sells these, but they're quite expensive.

fury- that's an awesome idea! i had been making chocolate truffles by heating cream, stirring in chocolate chips, and whipping it into a ganache. but your idea requires less work, and is vegan (in case i want to share with vegan people). it also makes a delicious pudding before it sets.

Creamed coconut (coconut manna) is awesome.
Alternately, I have a cup of tea with a splash of cream and a drop of stevia.
